Use this form if you cannot text us, if you are acting for someone else, or if you want your record erased entirely — erasure is always handled by a person.

We will not tell you over this form whether the number is registered — that would let anyone check whether a person is a FursaPoa farmer. If a record exists, we act on it and reply to the number itself.

What happens next

  1. Your request is added to a queue that an administrator reviews.
  2. We check the request really comes from the owner of the number. For erasure we may contact that number to confirm.
  3. We carry out the request and record what was done, so there is an audit trail.
  4. We reply within the time the Data Protection Act, 2019 allows.

Erasure removes your name, phone number and anything else identifying you. Counted totals for your area that no longer identify anyone may remain — see how long we keep it.
